Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At MSK Data Labs, we are committed to delivering value through our training programs, consulting services, and AI products. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.

1. Training Programs

   • Fees paid for training programs are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

   • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date of a program may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges).

   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the program start.

2. Consulting Services

   • Consulting engagements involve upfront planning and resource allocation. Therefore, once a project agreement has been signed and payment processed, cancellations are not permitted.

   • In special circumstances, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of MSK Data Labs for work not yet initiated.

3. AI Products (including licensed tools or platforms)

   • All product purchases and subscriptions are considered final once access has been granted.

   • No refunds are available after product activation, except in cases of duplicate payments or verified technical issues preventing access.

4. Technical Issues & Failed Transactions
